AI WEEK NEW YORK

AI Week New York 2025 is a citywide, community-led festival of events exploring the transformative power of artificial intelligence. Organized by Pulse NYC, the week features panels, workshops, demos, networking meetups, product launches, hackathons, and more — hosted by startups, enterprises, universities, accelerators, and community groups from across NYC and beyond.

October 6–12, 2025. Mark your calendars for an exciting week of AI innovation and connection throughout NYC.

AI Week is curated by Pulse NYC, but features events hosted independently by 30–100+ organizations — creating a decentralized, citywide festival experience. Pulse NYC serves as the central hub, providing calendar infrastructure, promotional support, and community outreach.

Your AI-related event can take many forms — a panel discussion, meetup, product demo, workshop, networking mixer, breakfast talk, or even a hackathon or conference. Creativity is welcome, as long as the topic ties to artificial intelligence or machine learning.

There’s no wrong time! From breakfast panels to after-hours mixers, the attendees will fill up their schedules all week long. That said, morning and lunchtime events often stand out and are easier to execute with minimal cost.

The deadline to submit your event proposal is Friday, September 26, 2025 at 5:00 PM ET.

Expect a highly engaged audience of tech professionals, developers, AI researchers, founders, investors, enterprise leaders, and curious professionals from a wide range of industries. Actual attendance will depend on your topic, format, and marketing efforts. You are responsible for promoting your own events.

Yes, invite-only events are allowed as long as:

• There’s a clear application/request process.
• You commit to responding to all applicants by October 6, 2025.
• The event will be marked “Sold Out” one week prior to avoid confusion.

Yes, waitlists are supported via our recommended platform (Lu.ma). Please keep your audience updated and respond to all waitlist requests. Events with long waitlists will be marked “Sold Out” by Friday, October 3 to ensure a great attendee experience.

Please contact individual event organizers directly to inquire about speaking opportunities at their events. Alternatively, if you have content to share, consider organizing your own event as part of AI Week New York 2025 — it’s a great way to shape the conversation and showcase your expertise.

You’re welcome to host your event anywhere in NYC — including coworking spaces, company offices, universities, or other appropriate locations. Event organizers are responsible for securing their own venue. Pulse NYC does not provide venues or manage logistics for independently hosted events. Be sure to confirm availability and logistics well in advance to ensure a smooth experience for your attendees.

At this time, Pulse NYC does not provide or coordinate venue spaces. It is the sole responsibility of each event organizer to secure their own venue. That said, many organizers in the past have successfully used co-working spaces, offices, cultural institutions, community centers, and startup hubs across NYC to host talks, panels, and networking sessions. We recommend reaching out early to venues that align with your audience and event goals.

You are responsible for creating your registration page, promoting your event, and managing day-of logistics. Pulse NYC acts as the convener and promoter — we don’t manage logistics for independent events.

You are primarily responsible for promoting your event to your target audience. However, once your event is approved and added to the official AI Week New York 2025 calendar, Pulse NYC will support promotion through its newsletter (40K+ subscribers in NYC), trafficked website, and social media channels to help drive visibility and attendance across the AI Week ecosystem.

Pulse NYC will promote all approved events added to the official AI Week New York 2025 calendar — this includes placement on our high-traffic website, regular promotion in our newsletter (40K+ NYC-based subscribers), and posts across our social media channels.

We aim to boost visibility and attendance across the AI Week ecosystem by highlighting events to our growing community of professionals, founders, and AI enthusiasts. While we help amplify your reach, organizers are also encouraged to promote their own events independently for maximum impact.
